Catalog Website and Inventory Management Website

Background :
This project aims to help Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises overcome their problems using the information system created. In this project my team helped the company LE PROSPÈRE, a company that sells organic bar soap. Initially, LE PROSPÈRE did not have a record-keeping system, so if they wanted to start production, they had to first look at the stock at the production house, then start planning the production process. This process is certainly inefficient and time consuming.

LE PROSPÈRE has several things of concern:
• There is no stock recording system
• Every time there is an order, you have to check the inventory at the production house
• Want a more attractive landing page with a product catalog
• No data visualization available yet

In the process of working on this project, things to consider are:
• Employees work in their respective places, not in an office
• Can be accessed on all operating systems
• Easy-to-understand design

Role in Team
My team consists of 4 people, @angelineivana, Angellie Ennovaryn Mertadana, Vincent Alexander Purnomo and myself.
In this project I am the project manager, ui/ux designer for landing page, and full stack website developer.
My responsibility is :
• Communicate directly with LE PROSPÈRE
• Ensuring projects run on time
• Create an attractive landing page as well as a catalog
• Create landing page prototypes
• Making mockups of the prototypes made
• Creating programs for website landing pages and inventory management dashboards
• Link website with database
• Creating documents for user testing
• Conduct user testing

Project Process
1. Make a project plan

The project plan is made based on the length of time the project has been carried out, that is one semester by considering the flow that must be carried out so that the results obtained are maximum. Several meetings were also held with LE PROSPÈRE

2. Software Requirement Specification
In this section, the team conducts research on the required data by using fact-finding interviewing, examining documentation, research and observing the organization in action. With this data, we create a system that is completely customized for LE PROSPÈRE needs

3. Software Design
In general, software design includes system descriptions, database creation, data flow, interface design, prototypes, mockups and finally develop programs.

The website itself has been uploaded and runs on a domain for user testing purposes.

4. Testing
In this section, we do user testing to see if the created website can run efficiently. The assessment was carried out using the Single Ease Question (SEQ) and Customer Satisfaction (CSAT) by following the flow of Stimulus User Research which contains research objectives, respondent criteria, list of questions, and research scenarios.

Testing process:
User testing is carried out based on user stimulus research with the steps that have been made. Our team will test one of the LE PROSPÈRE employees.

The positive points are
1. The design is simple and easy for the user to understand
2. The information displayed is useful enough for company needs
3. The data is connected properly

with some points to be noted is
1. Some fonts look less neat and proportional
2. The user wants to display data in more detail
3. The notification menu should point to another page when clicked

Conclusion
The website that has been created is quite helpful and also has data that is directly linked so as to make the workflow more efficient. With some useful input to make the website even better
